Competitive advantage is an aspect that emanates from within the business world. The
interaction between organizations in the market creates a constant desire to satisfy clients in their
line of work. However, the ability of an organization or nation at large to develop a rather unending
different value for clients keeps the country at the top of the market. Furthermore, governments
have had various interactions, both internationally and within the cross border. The most crucial
aspect within the competitive advantage of a nation is establishing a competitive path that
sufficiently differentiates the country in different perspectives from the other competing nations
(Ali, 2011). In doing this, the government may focus on advancing various aspects within their
capacity and ensuring through its continued development, and they are in a position to
competitively interact.
Different schools of thoughts established as to the most critical or advanced way through
which nations may maintain or enhance their competitive advantage. Projected towards the aspect
of internal differentiation and advancement. However, according to porter's diamond of national
strength, different underlying consideration/factors contribute towards increasing a nation's

advantage within a given market. Factors such as availability of labour, land, capital, natural
resources and infrastructure play a crucial role in establishing the national competitiveness. A

production well considered within the country. The focus is primarily on driving the advantage
