The headquarters is at San Francisco, California.  The organization’s main aim is to satisfy the customer’s needs and help them succeed financially.  The bank’s main products is asset management, corporate banking among other many banking products.  Having been fined heavily for unlawful sales practice, Wells Fargo needs to develop a new sales strategy from scratch.  Creating a completely new sales strategy for such a big organization and establishing the confidence of the consumers once more is quite a big challenge.  In this case and scenario the problem at hand is the sales and as a matter of fact, sales is one of the fundamental parts for the growing of any business.  Sales is also key in customer retention.
