Diversity refers to a composition of different characteristics. Each person is unique and
thus it is so relevant to recognize their differences. Diversity can be in different dimensions such
as; religious beliefs, economic status, gender and ethnicity. Diversity in a team involves, having
a group of people who have different characteristics but are motivated in achieving the same
task. Team diversity is also responsible for withholding different elements that make individuals
so different from the other. (Mell, 2020)
In any organization or work place, there are several types of diversity and they include
the following.

Social economic status
Individuals, from different back grounds, have separate opinions towards this aspect of
life. For instance money, someone who grew up from a humble background could have a
different opinion with some who grew up in wealth
