Statistics from the Anxiety and Depression Association of America indicate that anxiety
disorders are the most common form of mental illnesses affecting the US population. The figures
show that up to 4o million Americans suffer from some form of anxiety disorder in their
adulthood. However, the disheartening aspect is that out of this affected segment, only 36.9%
receives treatment. It shows the underlying impact of anxiety disorders and why there should be
