Most top-level executives today are trying to transform their organization aggressively,
aiming at radical improvements in performance through changing capabilities and behavior
throughout the organization. However, most organizations are missing a proven technique for
solving the problem. An organization needs to reinvent itself to gain a competitive advantage and
meet other performance goals. Anything about how the organization handles business processes
and transactions must get changed (King, 2018). If the top executives get abled to translate
change beliefs into a conversation and learning with colleagues, then the chances of formulating
a manageable, measurable, and active change initiatives will increase.
The right type of conversation and communication are vital to the success of a business
process redesign. The organization requires to formulate a plan outlining proper phases, a
supported framework for assigning responsibilities and activities, and also a set of guidelines
governing the firm’s change initiatives. These three factors are necessary for enabling executives
