Provide the historical trajectory, agreements, and purpose of our every-three-years aid effectiveness discussions. Compare and contrast any two of the following three humanitarian relief efforts: postgenocide Rwanda (1994), post-tsunami Indian Ocean region (2004/2005), and Darfur (2003 to present). Your answer must focus on the problems of NGO humanitarian delivery and the lessons learned from each crisis. 8. Compare and contrast the humanitarian relief efforts in North Korea (late 1990s and early 2000s) and Haiti (2011 to present).
