Introduction.
Risk management refers to the process where the risks that are involved in a certain venture.
These risks are then analyzed and the appropriate ways to curb the risks are laid down. The ways
to avoid the risks are also put in place and the ways to recover from the risks are outlined. There
are several key elements of a risk management program and they include process, integration,
culture, and infrastructure (Kliem, 2019). The programs are flexible because they differ from one
company to another.

When we look at the actions that lead to effective risk management capabilities lies in the
