We would like to inform everyone that we (Airbus) will be taking a new direction by
changing our corporate strategy to remain relevant and competitive in the aerospace industry. In
past years, we have been pursuing government subsidies to continue competing. However, this is
going to change as the company has embarked on a mission to invest more in Research and
Development department. This will not only help the company to be more competitive owing to
superior aircraft produced but also help us capture new markets, especially in North America,
