Introduction.
China dated back ten thousand years ago. China is one of the oldest civilizations in the
world. In about five thousand years ago dates China when it became unified in one massive
empire by the owner of The Terracotta Army known as Qin Shihuang. The written history of
China dates back to the Shang Dynasty which existed about three thousand years ago. The
invention of the Gunpowder, Compass, Papermaking and Great Wall constructions are
inventions that contributed significantly to the history of China.
One of the China's first dynasties is Xian Dynasty which existed between 2070-1600 BC.
The capital city of this dynasty was Xia County in Shanxi Province, and the founder was known
as Yu the Great. One of the major events that characterize this regime is the development of
slave society from a primitive society. This was followed by warring states periods, and bronze
ware was the religion relics.
The Shang dynasty was the second family which is established between 17th century BC-
1046 BC. The capital of the dynasty was in Xiangqi in Henan Province the founder was Tang.
The bronze ware is also associated with this regime. Slave society was also a major event at this
stage of the dynasty.
Zhou is the third dynasty which is divided into two sides that are Western Zhou and
Eastern Zhou. King Wu of Zhou led the Western Zhou, and its capital city was in Xi'an. The
Eastern Zhou came into existence in two different periods that is spring and autumn period in
770-476 BC and the Warring States period in 475-221 BC. The founder of this side of Eastern
